We apologise to our clients  and hope to have some new information soon.

Battery and Tubing Clinic

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO NHS HEARING AID SERVICES.

We no longer receive batteries and tubing from PRUH as they no longer provide hearing aid support.

How do I get hearing aid services (batteries and retubing)?

You now need a referral for hearing aid services from your GP.

Deaf Access ONLY receives tubing and batteries from Hearbase Ltd. Your GP will be able to tell you if they use Hearbase as a provider.

If you GP can choose Hearbase then you will be able to continue to get your hearing aid support here at Deaf Access.

If we cannot supply you-we can advise where you can obtain this support. We will always try our best to advise you.

You have the right to choose from the services your GP uses. Deaf Access does NOT decide-you and your GP do.

Thank you.
